All repairs are to be assessed and conducted professionally using only original parts. Our technicians do not work on commission and we offer a straightforward price list of the fan coil parts. Our prices have the labor and travel costs already built-in, with only HST added to the quoted price. The good news is that Fan Coil Units are not too complicated. When a Fan Coil unit stops operating properly it is due to one of two reasons:
1- Broken parts: In the fan coil system, when a part breaks down it is simply replaced with a new original part. To minimize confusion and to ensure transparency we charge per part replaced. A price list is always available so residents know what each part costs in advance. We are always happy to share every step we take during the process and to answer any questions the resident may have. 2- Wiring problems: Even though this is rare, we do encounter a few of these cases. Our professional technician would rewire the system. This is unique in the sense that each case is different and requires investigation to pinpoint the issue. In these cases, we charge an hourly rate.
